About our Founder & CEO

Jonathan Pressman is a seasoned professional with three decades of experience in the financial services industry. As the Founder and CEO of First Chair Partners, he has led the creation of a unique business-development-as-a-service firm aimed at supporting FinTech and RegTech institutions in strengthening their business development, sales, and corporate strategy capabilities.

Before establishing First Chair Partners, Jonathan served as the CEO of TruSight (acquired by S&P), a third-party risk management (TPRM) utility platform. His extensive background includes senior sales roles at IHS Markit (now S&P), where he spent over eight years, focusing on technology solutions in risk and compliance.

Jonathan's career began as a managing principal at a national privately held wealth management firm, where he honed his expertise and leadership skills over more than a decade. Today, he continues to shape the future of the industry by facilitating growth and innovation within the FinTech and RegTech sectors through his role at First Chair Partners.

Beyond the boardroom, Jonathan finds solace and inspiration in the mountains of Vail, Colorado. An avid skier and mountain biker, he thrives on the challenges nature and endurance sports presents. Just as he conquers the slopes, he navigates the intricacies of his role as a devoted husband to Amy and a proud father to two daughters and three stepdaughters. This profound dedication to both family and career underscores his unwavering commitment to excellence in all aspects of life.
